* Warehousing organization ( from receipt of raw material to shipment of finished goods)
* Lean manufacturing activities in supply chain implementations (kanban, packaging, value
stream map etc.)
* Preparing production planning in order to meet deadlines for demand management
* Following up Import/Export activities at custom
* MRP, Checking BOM (Bill of Material) and stocks in determined time interval
* Creating cash saving projects for supply chain activities (ABC analysis, custom
warehousing, truck optimization etc.)
* Following up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monthly reporting to GM and Region
(Stock reports, Delivery Performances(Super-G etc.), Stock-turn overs)
* Preparing annual budget for Supply Chain activities
