For a worldwide consulting company I have worked on various contracts,
including the elaboration and presentation of a generic services based
architecture solution. The transformation activities are pan-European
(including MEA) where English, French, Arabic and German are used in
parallel. At the same time I am interacting with the development teams to
prepare the architecture transformation solution. These management
activities are related to the following fields:
* Requirements engineering, client requests, PPT and related
presentations resources.
* Enterprise Asset Management Framework development.
* Uses an agile/Scrum SOA and business service approach;
* Architecture design (TOGAF) light model for application, solution
and infrastructure adaptation;
* MVC, AngularJS, HTML5,CSS and REST;
* XML, XSD and data-warehousing;
* SAP BO and Oracle PL/SQL;
* ESB models and governance services and infrastructure architecture
implementation;
Used technologies: TOGAF/ADM, SOA, BPM, Agile/Scrum,
Rest, JS-CSS, ESB and data-warehousing.

For this institution I am working on a research and development
project that is related to the architecture of business transformation projects;
where I have designed and developed an applicable framework. I have also
published more than 30 articles on the subject. The framework offers a
pattern that has the following features: 1) supports the selection of the
enterprise architect (or transformation architect) who can manage a business
transformation project; 2) AI models, implements and manages the
underlying business services to fit the transformation (or reengineering )
process; 3) manages the architecture and solution building blocks; and 4)
incorporates a decision making module. This enterprise architecture
framework is based on the 1:1 mapping concept that is based on the initial
business requirements to generate the needed architecture artifacts and to
create the subsequent service oriented architecture elements. This concept
was presented at the OpenGroup's TOGAF event in October 2014 in
London.

For this financial institution I intervened as a software architect
where I have assisted in the "transformation" of the
Financial Business Intelligence Paradigm (XML based) framework. That
included the implementation of the BI processing agents and their
underlying e-Hub (messaging infrastructure) for the financial forecasting
activities. These tasks included the management and installation of the
dynamic BI processing modules. The framework's main role was to receive
BI input (XML based scenarios) and then process a decision making
process; afterwards it had to store the results.
Using technologies: BPM, UML/DP, C#-ASP .NET, C/C++,
WebServices/SOAP, PHP, SQL, XML, Linux and Windows.

For this organization I intervened as a software architect where I
have designed the XML messaging standards documentation and also
managed the implementation/testing of the communication agents that are
used in the underlying XML messaging infrastructure for the Air transport
industry. These tasks included the management and installation of the
dynamic communication modules which receive XML based messages,
mails, faxes, telexes and manage/route/store and then reroutes them to the
demanded nodes. A friendly user interface was built to manage the inputted
communication objects.

existing platform and to put it into production and that improved hugely the
maintenance processes. This redesign" implied a set of reengineering
processes that were used to stabilize the system's major components.

implementation of the Test Data Quality (TDQ) system. The system was
responsible for the infrastructure management and system batches
processing. The TDQ produced automated analysis of the tests data-sets
from streaming raw data from source production environments. These raw
data sets contained "Mobile Phones'" integrated circuits quality analysis.
These interventions included also system programming (status,

architect-senior developer for major international organizations, in
business & ICT transformation projects (~50%):
* I am considered a leader in the domains of Enterprise Architecture,
Business/Technical Transformations, Decision Making/Artificial
Intelligence... Please do refer to the end of this resume, where the list of
articles and a google scholar extract is attached. 34 years of experience as
an integration analyst, architect (international, technical, software,
enterprise), senior developer and project manager. Where I have
considerable experience as a "hands-on" enterprise architect; especially in
designing (I have been using Object Oriented methodologies, programming,
interfaces, abstractions, relationships...; for more than twenty years) and
developing business information technology solutions. In parallel, I have 15
years of experience in lecturing information technology topics, enterprise
and technical architectures.
* Concerning my architectural skills, I provided effective system architecture
solutions; where I have worked with a multitude of methodologies and
technologies, as well as business modelling tools. I am highly proficient in
using architecture and integrated development environments, where I also
have a long experience in change/risk management, TOGAF, SOA/web
services, service oriented architecture and many computer languages.
* Database Management Systems, have been a central subject for various
projects that have used ORM, ERM/UML, data services, ETL/unification,
platform/datacenter design and optimization, SQL, Oracle/DB2/
MySQL/SqlServer:T-SQL/Informix...
* Optimally the environment is a mixture of .NET, C/C++, UML, JEE and
TOGAF or where .NET and/or C/C++ are the major used technology; in
standard or real-time environments.
* My roles cover managing business people and a very technical approach
where I intervene as a senior developer in many tasks and building the
proof of concepts.
* Worked many years in data sciences, algorithmics and data models; where I
worked with qualitative and quantitative models; in algorithmics I worked
in collection management and heuristics. I used data modelling for more
than 15 years using SQL. I worked on large decision making and
qualitative/quantitative systems.
* Excellent communication skills (in various languages), accustomed to
architecture and development teams on diverse projects and interacting
closely well-known international corporations. Experience in managing
small teams (5-10) in large projects having cross-functional environments;
where these teams where managed in all the stages of the system
implementation life cycle. I acted as a support/coach of team members in a
hands-on manner, so that I designed and implemented many modules. This
role was my main activity in all my missions in the last 10 years, where I
was an architect and I defined the architecture and designed the prototype
