• Lead Package technical development from contract award to final installation and commissioning of $1M - $3M electro-mechanical subsea systems • Ensure that deliverable meets client’s specifications and requirements and that procedures meet client and industry HSE standards • Supervise, coordinate and mentor package team (Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers, Designers, Drafters and Technicians) • Develop, review and approve project documentation (drawings, design reports, I&C procedures, ITPs, document lists, TQs, NCRs, etc.) • Review and approve design changes, components and materials • Specify test procedures and verify of test results • Project quality control, e.g., Welds, NDT, coatings, calibration, pressure testing, positive material identification and traceability, FMECA and RAM • Subcontractor management worldwide to ensure interface compatibility, integrity, schedule and cost compliance • Lead design reviews with EPICs and oil majors and represent BMT at project kick-off meetings, HAZIDs and HAZOPs • Hands-on system SITs and commissioning (GOM, West Africa and Asia) • Liaise with project manager to control costs and ensure that the package is delivered on time and within budget • Develop package proposals, cost estimates and schedules • Develop and provide end user training • Provide status reports and short & long term projections to clients and internal senior management
